In this 2 hour purification ceremony/workshop we will be clearing out the old energies and bringing in the new!
We will cover:
- Philosophy of clearing for the winter (why and how)
- Chi kung practices for the energy body (how to receive and release chi properly)
- “Mesita work” personal prayer altars: how to use “energetic tools respectfully and powerfully”
- Powerful journaling practices for integration and facilitation of your experience/intent.
- Sound Healing to bring up and balance stuck and lost feelings

Removing the Barriers to the Body: Integrative Positional Therapeutic Bodywork
6, 12, 24 hour nationally certified CEU’s
This course simplifies and covers the fundamental knowledge of body mechanical techniques and philosophy.
The body is the practitioner’s first instrument. This course demonstrates how to utilize it safely and effectively, whether around the table, on the floor or in a chair. We will focus on the importance of self-care and knowledge of our own bodies during movement, and its overall structure.
Emphasizes self-balance, core-strength, chi kung and delivery of quality work with hands and body. Basic demonstrations and exercises from Chi Kung and martial arts centered movement exercises.
Observes myofascial dynamics/tendencies.
Analyses the proper/improper diet and use of body.
Recognizes mental and emotional cues from the body.
Introduces fundamental therapeutic techniques and philosophy.
Covers how the human body can accumulate structural dynamics through daily life and trauma.
Discusses how practitioners can more directly access applications which help to unwind accumulated structural conditions
Covers certain structural dynamics inherent in the movement of the human body and its structural capacities.
Health and Rejuvenation Through the Feet: An Application of Reflexology Massage,
Incorporating Chinese Medicine and European Spa Foot Treatments
6 hour, nationally certified CEU’s
This course references the wisdom of Chinese medicine and body diagnosis through analyses of:
skin, cuticles, toes, veins, beauty marks, smells, hair, body zones and calluses for both the diagnosis and treatment of a person through reflexology application.
European Foot Treatments: Foot soaks, oils, waters and salts to prepare the feet and systems of the body for treatment and detox.
Miscellaneous Tools: Hands, assorted Chinese exercise balls and the application of microcurrent electrical stimulation to points.
Shiatsu and Thai massage foot techniques will be briefly covered as well.
Students will be provided with a reference manual to aid them in their development of what they learn in this course.
